How will you keep me informed once I've placed my order?
We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a notification that the order has been dispatched. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
I haven't received an email about my order?Please check the spam folder in your email inbox, as it's possible that our emails have been placed there. To make sure you successfully receive emails from us in the future, please mark as safe or add our contact details to your address book.
Can I request the card to be sent to a different address?Yes, you can send the cards to yourself, or directly to your intended recipient. Emailed ecards will obviously be sent to the email address specified.

When will I be charged for my order?Due to the nature of WorldPays payment system, you will be charged when you confirm your order. Whilst we aim to send your entire order in one parcel, this is not always possible. If we do have to make more than one shipment, postage will only be charged on the first shipment alone.
When will you dispatch my order?
We will post your order within 2 working days of receiving your order. Ecards will be sent as soon as your checkout process is completed.
I'd like to cancel my order, how can I do this?
I'm sorry to inform you that because RSPCA Animalternative Charity Gifts count as a donation, we are unable due to Charity Commission rules to give you a refund on any of our charity gifts.
However, if you have ordered a "real" physical gift, you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the day you receive your goods, in which time please notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us. A FULL refund will be given, including any original delivery charges.

I've received a faulty item, what can I do?
In the event of you receiving faulty or damaged goods (whether there's something wrong with a physical gift, or the card or ecard you ordered has arrived corrupted or with the wrong information), you should inform us immediately so that we can arrange an exchange or refund as required (with no extra cost to yourself). How secure are my details on your site?Our payment system via WorldPay is one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. Information is protected by an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest commercially available). To further safeguard your debit and credit card numbers and your bank account details, we do not directly connect our firewall-protected servers to the internet.
The RSPCA will not keep any credit/debit card details on file.
RSPCA Gifts will not disclose your information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
